Product Issue & Feedback Form

Having trouble with a recent Firelands Scientific purchase? Please complete this form so our team can review and follow up. You’ll be able to upload photos and your receipt. We typically respond Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

  • If you purchased a defective Firelands Scientific, HillFire, HEIR or Test Lab Creations product you can return the product to the dispensary where the product was purchased within 30 days of your purchase date. If your product issue cannot be resolved through a dispensary return you may submit an online product claim, you can submit a product issue through our online customer form. 

  • To help our team review your claim quickly, please provide the following:

    • A photo of the product issue (e.g., edibles, vape battery, unused oil)

    • A brief description of the issue

    • A photo of your full purchase receipt (If your receipt is lost, your dispensary can usually email a copy.)

    • A photo of the compliance label on the back of the packaging

    • Your best phone number and preferred time to be contacted (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.)
